YYONG Hair ships worldwide via FedEx / UPS / DHL / GES Express/ Royal Mail.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, or your address undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Delivery Estimates

Notice:Â Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
YYONG Hair Mall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Additional Notes
YYONG Hair Mall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
And some shipping services may need the customer's signature to complete the delivery. If we ship the package to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address.
